Jacket Fest

Jacket Fest is a yearly event at UW-Superior where campus organizations and local businesses are able to set up a table and get students to check out what’s going on. This year, Street Level Ministries and Street Level Radio joined forces to provide information to students and let them know what Street Level has going on! Students learned about our 15-minute micro studies every Monday at 4:30, and some even took a chance to go live on air for the radio. We were even able to raffle off the coveted red rubber boot plant!

Street Level’s First Monday Night Meeting at UW Stout!

Street Level held its first Monday night dinner & discussion of the semester at The Blind Munchies!

We ate some tacos and then started our semester series looking into current events & issues. Week #1 was a discussion about the earthquake in Morocco and “why” there is suffering & tragedy in our world – despite the fact that we have a loving & perfect God in heaven.

We will meet every week on Monday nights at The Blind Munchies for dinner & a discussion. Hope to see you there!

Rummage Sale

Decor for the dorm is the name of the game! Street Level’s rummage sale helped students achieve whatever vibe they chose at a fraction of the cost. Free coffee drinks were certainly a draw, second-hand clothing and cooking items were the main event, and the free plants sweetened the deal.

Thrift & Plant Sale!!

Street Level had its annual Thrift & Plant sale fundraiser at the Street Level house on Saturday! We had hundreds of people from UW Stout and the Menomonie community shop the sale. It was a really fun time meeting people! (and haggling with them..)

This year we raised $1,500 for missions!

Coffee Outreach at UW Stout

Street Level partnered with The Blind Munchies Coffeehouse to give away free cold press and coffee on Thursday afternoon in front of the MSC at UW Stout. As always, the Munchies retro trailer draws a lot of attention. We talked to a lot of students and had a great time!

(Look for us on campus again sometime this fall..)

New Bible Discussion Series

Who are you? So many different things can be used to define you. Identity is a complicated and confusing topic, especially in today’s world. Join us as we go verse-by-verse through the book of Ephesians and discover who we are according to God.
